Timeline of compliance with phase I maximum limits
The phase I maximum limits shall be enforced on the imported C1 and C2 tyres as of November 1st, 2015.
The phase I maximum limits shall be enforced on the new vehicle C1 and C2 tyres as of November 1st, 2016.
The phase I maximum limits shall be enforced on the imported C3 tyres as of November 1st, 2016.
The phase I maximum limits shall be enforced on the new vehicle C3 tyres as of November 1st, 2017.
Timeline of compliance with phase II maximum limits
The phase II maximum limits shall be enforced on the imported C1 and C2 tires as of November 1st, 2019.
The phase II maximum limits shall be enforced on the new vehicle C1 and C2 tires as of November 1st, 2020.
The phase II maximum limits shall be enforced on the imported C3 tires as of November 1st, 2020.
The phase II maximum limits shall be enforced on the new vehicle C3 tires as of November 1st, 2021
